Raw. Wild.

Flying A Honey is harvested from flying bees in North Berkeley. (The “Flying A” name comes from an antique gas pump, since converted to an electric car charger, near the hives.)

The honey is harvested in small batches several times a year from 3 or 4 hives. Each batch has a different taste, depending on the flowers in bloom and the weather over the previous few months.

The honey is strained but not filtered, so it contains pollen from plants in the neighborhood. Consuming it can help with allergies.
